This is the darkest i could get. I want it to be darker

On some maps this is the only way, it won’t turn out darker

Console command skies.setTime allow you find good time for timeVec. You also can try to move sun/moon by editing level__latitude property (Use skies.setLatitude console command to find best position).
Also beach map probably have a bit very bright moon.

Even with all your help this is the darkest i got it
I guess the map just wont allow for black sky
On other maps i had no issues
You need to play around with latitude and longitude settings.
Copy those settings from maps where you could achieve complete darkness.

And this is from stalingrad where the night is completely dark
They are excactly the same but for some reason normandys night is not dark
Well… Or that. But it seems that need also edit year, month and day. And it seems possible to do only editing map blk file. In level it doesn’t work.
Here is level blk file: level.zip (2.9 KB).
Just need to add it in your mod folder. And then in level entity you will need to write %ugm/level.blk.
I’m not sure, but it feels like level__longtitude doesn’t work too in editor.

Благодарю, теперь крашится карта при запуске. Спасибо огромное за этот скам файл , карту делал очень долго 10-15 дней
This is not a scam file 
It is just a file that is very outdated, and would fail to work as codes are changed. The file is created a year ago and you should not call it “scam file”

Для этого желательно делать в userGameMods бекап/копию мода или файлов.
Сам файл, похоже, устаревший и подходит только для Нормандии. И к тому же, вероятно, ты не правильно выполнил некоторые шаги (либо файл не в папке с модом либо путь в level объекте неправильно прописал).
Не знаю какая у тебя карта, но для изменения времени (просто вечер без “самая темная ночь”) нужно изменить level__timeVec в level объекте (на некоторых картах они еще могут быть внутри level__weatherChoice).
