i watched a video today of a guy blow up 2 tanks with 2 explosive packs in about 5 seconds of eachother with no effort at all. he cooked both packs simply threw them at the tank and they blew up and wiped them both out. ive been trying to replicate this all day on just a single tank every time im given the chance. i’d say ive thrown about 30-40 explosive packs at tanks now i think about 2 of them did minor damage to the tank and the rest did nothing. how the hell did he do that. ive tried everything. hitting the side of the tanks, the top , the bottom nothing works please help
Always remember to cook those grenades.
The rest is purely matter of practice. If you want to train this you can always go into practice mode and use tanks that are standing there as a targets.
It’s quite simple, count to 4, aim at the top of the tank and profit
On Normandy I try to make it land on top of or under the tank. Moscow tanks just land it near the tank and it’s dead.

Just cook them and throw at 5m if you don’t want to try and arc it further
Cook the grenade until it throws itself and if it explodes anywhere above the wheels touching the tank it will blow up. Best spot for 100% succes is on the top of it.
you just move close to the tank, hold your left mousebutton until your soldier throws the detpack automaticly. this usually results in an explosion right when the detpack lands on the tank. if you dont cook it, the tanker will get a grenade icon and just has time to move abit and it wont have any effect on the tank.
idk about normandy but in mowscow, just aim at the tank side (tracks) one shot guaranteed
My fun go-to is to kamikaze myself by climbing on top and tossing the detpack into the engine block. Works every time although it’s difficult to get out alive lol.
