There are these cool sunray effects, how can i increase their effect and visibility in the editor to get it to look similar to this?

Set the time in level.
In my opinion, the time of day that works best is in the late afternoon towards evening when the sun is about to set.
Next is morning time.
Try not to set the time to noon, as the picture performance during the day is not very good.
