How to enable those `outdated_effects` were existed?

I need some of these effects, how about please don’t remove them?

I’m not sure if there is a performance related factor in these effects being defined as outdated.

But I really like some of the effects. some of them from CRSED or Warthunder

How to re-enable them?

I think the signal gun flare effects is useful in mod.

For hit effects, some of the older versions of hit effects have a more cinematic feel to me.

The trap effect looks good too.

Mainly some scene effects or hit effects
