How to enable nickname harmonization in combat

In update blog 0.4.5.39, it said that ‘Added an option to enable nickname harmonization in combat (PC): player names are replaced with random neutral ones. Does not apply to players in your own squad in the de-briefing.’

I am intersted in it but don’t know where to find the option. Is anyone know about it?

In game options turn on “Harmonization mode*”

By the way, is there any option that just harmonizes the nickname but keep other symbols as default.
I saw in Battlebit, there is a ‘streamer mode’ that provides a range of options.
