Well, i can say that 1 of the ways getting up there is pretty obvious, the other one not so much…
Also alot harder to pull off when you are the defender

Even if you do I’m going to hunt you down, artillery, tanks, climbing up there myself you will not get an easy game because you can abuse the wonky climbing.

i like hill climbing on maps of every game , guess its some kind of strange addiction

Wy swim half of the time is not sufficient?
the thing with that is - when you put your rally point on the roof, all pubbies just stay on the roof and start camping, so noone will go for objectives and you lose over time.
Its easy but impractical to help yout team.
there are multiple ways.
one is the most known:
1st go here:
see that balcony?
inside theres a ladder. take it
climb this rails and place a sandbag.
climb it and jump to the roof.
then run into that wall:
place another sandbag wall with one of the sides as far up as possible
then up there either build a wall or jump to that edge eith some running speed
i took the wall aproach coz its easier
run only on this path
once on last wall run the roof , place a sandbag / rally point ammo and u are on top.
