How to add active AP mines / traps and rally points in map editor

I’m making a mod that goes into the caves of the New Georgia map and want it to have a few (not enough to be too annoying) traps set to make it like the Japanese (team 2) booby trapped the caves. Is there a way to place armed traps that preferably only go off when the allies (team1) set them off?

Similarly, can I place RendInsts rally points that are active at the start of the game? I don’t want a permanent spawn because I want it to be able to be destroyed and incentivize flanking and disruption beyond the point.
