T-34 obr 1941 in Moscow sure is historical so I would say yes on this tank. Its still the same T-34 without a cupola and the “commander” being at the loader’s seat.

Pick a pair of fighters, give them little or no CAS and you have one level that meets those requirements, then throw in something like the Kg m/40 and the Bren Mk II somewhere earlier down the line and boom, 40 levels.
