I have upgraded weapons, upgraded squads and (what I think) are decent tactics. But, my average kills in a given battle are usually 25-40 kills.
But in most battles, I’ll see plenty of players with 70, 80 or even a 100 kills! WTF is their secret?

You just gotta play aggressively - me and the next guy have 20+ respawns
Obviously just being very good with aiming helps lol. I also flank a lot so I’m not stuck in the open with tons of people in cover shredding me

Just get good is not that hard to get 100 kill when the enemy team is atleast decent
Well, I have been plaing close to three years now, and have only recorded over 100 kills ten times. I am 60, half blind in one eye, and for the most part probably average 50-80 kills a game, but every so often things just click. Two of my 100 I got the vast majority of my kills via my planes. If it’s mostly an outdoor map and the enemy doesn’t have fighter planes up I can easily get 50 to 75 kills just in the plane alone. If DF would take away the 20 foot of reinforced concrete roofs in the game, I could get that on just about every map, not just the out side cap point ones.
I also use Mortar’s at times, and sometimes can get 30 cheap kills before I even engaged my first enemy if I am on the attacking side on the right maps. It helps that defenders are creatures of habit and like to defend cap points from the same places, so it makes it easy to set your mortar.

Normally if I want to get that many kills I just pull my serious loadout AKA : tiger E with event APC and engeneer squad
I am just joking I prefer just using a plane than the tank
on low BR key is SMG, vehicles and pushing into the cap or beyond. on high BR SF/AR, vehicles and pushing into the cap.
key is also to build rally point so you can spawn close to cap and just constantly push. also it helps to have some degree of good reflexes and good mechanical skill.
other things that will help is experience and map knowledge, but that will come with time.

Mostly playing aggressively and not being afraid to get onto the point time and time again after building up a rally point or two helps a lot.
It also really helps if the enemy is half decent too so it’s not a complete steam roll and the game is longer.

Players can achieve this normally/ regularly in a number of ways, from good hand/eye coordination, to good vehicle piloting, or powerful weapons for their tier.
As an infantry main, mobility and automatic weapons often guarantee high kill rates

Vehicle noobing most likely. Easiest way to get that number and then some.

I aim to get between 80-100 kills a match, Aggressive playstyle is sadly the best way to do that, snipers and MG squads work well at BR3, Medics maybe at BR1 and assaulters at BR2.
Its important to storm positions, if you advance tactically as you might do so in the likes of Ready or Not, you will only allow the enemy to get ready to face you. My preferred method is a grenade through the back door and the second I here it pop, I burst in.
But honestly you do need to abuse the AI sometimes, the AI atm is brain dead and has no way to respond if you move fast and hard, just stay out of melee range, that becomes a coin toss then.
Like you can even do that with a BA, a SMG is certainly easier to use, but I almost prefer a BA to some early SMGs purely because BAs are really good at endurance fights where you might need to kill 7 guys in quick succession.
Otherwise just abuse HE slingers, anything with about a 75mm gun works best for that.
Always be on the move, unless you have advantage of cover, line of sight over enemy’s approach and firepower. Utilize positioning and engineering to maximum, a good MG nest can stop an entire push and force enemies to engage you instead of Objective thus taking the heat off of your teammates.
Get to know the map layout and possible paths towards both the objective and areas often utilized by enemies for rallies.
Stick to more skill-based weapons like Bolt-action rifles if you play low BR, they might be difficult at first, especially when attempting to use them in CQB scenarios on Objectives, but they are versatile and will allow you to grow much faster than if you filled your squads with SMGs. Using Bolts also makes it easier to switch between important important roles like Engineers and ATs without impacting your playstyle as they share the same primary. So you will learn to switch in-between squad members to maximize their effectiveness, instead of sticking to the few Carries with SMGs, while ignoring the rest.
This is from Yesterday. I usually leave Conquests but this map is fun.
Weapons used: Winchester 1895, M1 Bazooka (AT) , C96, TT (Pistols)
Roles used: Only Infantry - AT, Radio operator, Engineer.
Also made MG nest able to support the other Objective, whilst staying and covering the other one which netted me around 25 kills in about 1 min.
We got gud buddy. Don’t know what else to tell you. We’re extremely aggressive? Constantly pushing the enemy? I don’t know man it just happens

Enlisted is a FPS that the only way to get points and exp is playing with… Vehicles.
