If you ever wondered how much money is needed to buy every premium squad, this is the post.
This is on my previous post that everything in this game is too expensive and that it is a cash cow. This only proves my point. https://forum.enlisted.net/t/why-enlisted-to-me-is-a-cashcow/55112

My guess was 1200 euro, whoa i was off by 1500 euro.
Of course if you would buy the most expensive gold bundle only, you would need around 20 of them which would be a bit more than 2000 euro (some squads cant be purchased by gold) So the price for the best deal is only, this cheap option of around 2000 euro.

ALL of it is over priced as fuck

They have removed some earlier premium squads, haven’t they?
Like the BAR/wz 1928 squads in Normandy?
My guess was $1000 and damn that seems to would have been a bargain price lol

Yea they did, a few are missing now. Only 2k if you buy them at once? 2000 euro for some pixels.

Now for the real challenge:
Try to calculate the cost of buying all the way through a campaign, from campaign levels, to squad upgrades, to equipping at least 4 full squads with endgame guns (maxed).

2k for pixels is one issue (many games have cosmetic stores for hundreds of thousands if you want to collect everything),
but 2k for solving problems which the game itself creates (like hey buy Pz IV w/heat if you want to counter T-50) or for unlocking game mechanics (rocket tanks) or easing the grind (+100% XP) or aqcuiring item types otherwise unavailable to the plebs (want Soviet assault rifle? paper gun AS-44 locked and loaded) - that’s a different type of 2k.
Making a fun game, being user friendly and hooking your playerbase to purchase vanity items (fortnite system) vs creating problems, locking mechanics and selling solutions (2010 mobile game system).
I was thinkin about doing that, but since all my campaigns have levels above atleast 6 i cannot caculate the level requirements. If youd ask me i would say it would be a round 6000-7000€ With premium squads that is
dont get me wrong they still need to make a profit, but there are better ways to do it, much like WOW or runescape
due to corona I could not fly on vacation for the last 2-3 years. So my money went into enlisted.
in that time I would have gotten 30 half-finished games
it would just be nice to be able to take all the squads into the battle, I don’t even start with the F2P squads waiting in reserve fully equipped.

Such unnecessary effort in creating this post. In the 21st century, games cost money. If you buy any standalone game from Steam, Origin, Gog, or Epic games or whatever for $ 50, buy new seasons or expansions for your favorite other game - how different it is from the microtransaction model in the game (which was voted free) , which exists in all the games in this model in this particular computer game market? So you now start judging those who can afford to spend extra money on the game which is a real entertainment to them?
Does someone force you to buy something in the first place? I ask very sincerely. It is everyone’s choice dude.
