How is br3 soviet looking?

GrB39 kills it quite easily and it has effectively infinite range in the game lol

Great weapons
Trash teammates
The usual

Forgot that one. It’s br3??? Isn’t that br4? (Isn’t axis one a g43, in br4?)
edit: are you kidding me? sovs got excellent br3 semi sniper… but ofc axis one is behind a pay wall as premium (g41)… ah, as usual… :expressionless:

As for AT launchers they’re identical to axis counterparts (because no way Soviets should have weaker, no no no!) So I didn’t mention them. Copy paste.

No not kidding  Its a good fun weapon. I ofcourse love my premium G41 aswell, but as you say…premium (and stripper clip reload).

I also got the SVD-30 (BR 2), which may aswell Be a semi auto sniper on a rocket artillery squad :stuck_out_tongue: (hits harder than g41 lol)

RPG-1 or RPG-2 unavailable. Here’s an M1 and a Panzerfaust

Soviets had only Lend lease PIAT & M1 Bazooka’s and captured Panzerfausts as well as Panzerschrecks but far less, a nice solution would be the RPG-43 or RPG-6 anti tank grenade maybe the PWM-1 or H-3 for germany and No.74 for the allies ?

Well the way that Soviet SMGs are ballanced is that they need 3 shots to kill instead of 2 shots.

Thanks to Soviet body armor, German SMGs also need 3 shots tho.

In other words Soviet BR3 is completely OP - however it still has one weakness… their tanks suffer getting uptiered.

While Panzer IV can more or less even attack BR5 vehicles, KV1 and T34 cant even fight BR4 at all.

Just to show:

PPSH vs ZK-383: both need 3 shots to kill, PPSH has much better dps and accuracy.

SVT vs G41: SVT reloads 3 times faster than G41 and G41 doesn’t even one shot kill.

Their main infantry force is vastly supperior, though German VG rifle and MG34 are something that keeps the faction from getting no active players at BR3.

I think its a shame that Soviets dont have a BR2 semi in their TT. Germany has the armaguerra, why not Soviets something comparable?

Its balanced not OP the body armor (steel bib) actually fully blocked smg rounds IRL.

That part is fine, but since it is a % value, it messes with semi autos and rifle rounds (selectfires), which it should be useless against.

But yeah, its an old conversation.

Its not useless against rifle rounds but its not giving the soldiers fully protection against them sometimes they go trough if its a plate section which already got hit by something else, keep in mind certain soldiers today still prefer steel inlays over ceramic or kevlar, it weights the most but also offers the best protection against all calibers, but this can also be balanced atleast for germany there used to be an article of german production of steel bibs for their elite troops, but in the meantime im using this phrase from wikipedia.

“by some accounts, captured Soviet steel breastplates came to supply the German army; also Germany, in limited quantities (only for parts of the SS, mostly assault squads), produced similar breastplates.”

They saw very little use in the german army however darkflow could create an SS squad maybe a prem or event one which would use them, but they are less useful than you think.

Not at point blank, which is the interaction it currently has with some rifle calibres in game. 2 shots at all ranges

This thing is not flat its actually a bit round, if you hit at the wrong angle it will bounce off, darkflow is using the SN-42 “vest” there are better variants SN-43 would be the next better one this goes all the way to SN-46, which was still use in 1945 despite the name.

Hehe i tell you what, you put on the 2mm body armor and ill shoot you with a fg42 with the barrel flat on your chest (point blank) :stuck_out_tongue:

Care to wager?

If its the SN-46 i would actually do that (point blank)

Edit: Nvm theres also the SN-43 in enlisted but its only available for tickets or gold.

You can tell the SN-43 is improved with dual plating, the heart area recieved an extra plate.

You got big balls :grinning: (or a death wish), i wouldnt even volunteer for that with a mp40

You can find photos with obliterated SN vests full of hits but not a single one went trough, you can actually try it with the MP40, there is a special channel on YT which is testing various calibers on armor vests, maybe he could also test an mp40 or similar maschinenpistol on this particular armor.

I bet you can, i also bet that it wasnt point blank or full powered rifle rounds… :grinning:

As someone who grew up firing tens of thousands of rounds with these era weapons (at anything and everything), dont let anyone talk you into 2mm of steel keeping you safe from a direct, close range shot lol.
