I made an accidental purchase of 150 Dollar worth of Enlisted Gold and i need to refund it. It there a way to make a refund?
In my opinion the purchase menu is misleading because after clicking the E icon, it will directly lead you to purchased page and one more press on X button from PS controller will make the purchase.
Do NOT do ANY activity in game before contacting support!
On a serious note: Do what the two gentlemen said right before me.
On a less serious one, don’t feel too bad, I’ve “accidentally” bough 100$ worth of gold… multiple times. Generally happens when there’s deals, dunno why. 🤷

I’ve done things like this before.
I think by “accidentally bought”, what he means is;
He bought $200 worth of gold thinking he had more money than he did, forgot that he had other obligations with the money until after he bought it.
Now regrets it, and is trying to get the money back.
I’ve done this before. An error in my finances, I buy something silly thinking I have more money than I have. Now I’m stuck eating ramen and bologna sandwiches because I overspent on airsoft stuff.

In my attempt to file a ticket to get the gold purchase reversed I often buy premium time/units 
One day, I accidentally woke up, and after I accidentally sat down I accidentally turned on my computer.
Then I accidentally logged into Gaijin’s website, and my klutzy, clumsy self accidentally clicked all the buttons in a row (all purely by accident) and bought gold.
Each accident by itself wouldn’t have resulted in anything going wrong. But when combined, as you see. Disaster struck in the PaPaSha household.
