I see a lot of people complaining about low fps, stutters in enlisted so I tried to fix it and actually found something that worked for me, I hope it will work for you too!
so:
I didn’t expect fps boost from this, with that setting I tried to get rid of screen tearing but it turned out that it actually boosted fps a little bit. FOR NVIDIA GPUs ONLY. There is a setting called “fast sync” in nvidia control panel, simply add enlisted.exe to nvidia control panel and set “Vertical sync” to fast sync. Restart enlisted and enable V-sync, it didn’t increase input latency for me but it increased fps for some reason (didn’t expect fps boost), keep in mind that it won’t work for everyone since every pc is different.
Keep in mind that enabling vsync might increase your input latency, I didn’t experience increase of input latency as said above, so it’s worth a try. Good luck!

thanks for adding this, I will try it, it will be 5000 trying to change something, because whether I play 1080p low or 4k ultra the differences I have maybe 10fps during the fight and this annoying 50% use of gpu at low settings and at ultra 90 and more but I trace these 10 fps which is important for me because I want to be as close to refreshing the 144 monitor as possible
