How does experience bonus in the squad upgrade work?

Like, if I have full +100% xp bonus for riflemen 1 unlocked, do I have this +100% xp apply to any xp gained in any squads when I perform actions with riflemen 1 in them? Or this kind of bonus only apply to the rifleman 1 himself?

Same goes for squad bonus xp; does it also apply to the squad member? Or is it only to the squad’s level itself?

Squad exp only applies to the amount of exp the “Squad” needed to unlock more upgrade node of the squad

While 100% exp bonus for riflemen 1 applies to any soldier of the rifleman 1 no matter which squad they are at

Blue upgrades work for a squad, red for individual soldiers.
