How do you enable the debug tools in the Toolbox?

But when i do it nothing shows up:

What am i missing?

This is the switch for Tools → CollgGeom , I have no other extra settings.

I think this may be related to the campaign template in the level entity. It seems that only the map of Moscow shows all the functions more completely.

For example the map of Berlin can’t even show navmesh

Isn’t navmesh works only after add battle area (gray zone)?

Maybe you need battle area for CollGeom (not sure) and for NavMesh.
PolyBattleAreas will show if you use poly battle area and poly points.
Same with CapZonesPoly.
