How do soldier perks apply to upgraded weapons?

If I have a soldier with the perk granting 40% reduced vertical recoil, and a gun upgraded with 15% reduced recoil; would the result be a total reduction of 55%?

Furthermore, is that an appropriate use of a semicolon? I’m never sure; and I fear I overuse them at times.

what modifiers ?

That’s what I suspected, I’ve tried digging around in the files, but I don’t know where you guys find the hidden weapon stats. I wish it was easier to know what the real numbers are

That is an incredibly thorough and well organized collection of data, thank you.

nice, I just knew that
but it does raise the question, “why don’t they just put the real recoil in the statcard?” XD

Same reason dispersion isn’t listed, It isn’t a major characteristic of the weapon image

I haven’t take a look yet a the dispersion value of the doc.
Are they still relevant today?

Some things surprise me a little:

I’m too tired to find the patch not but I think the FG42 II sniper precision has been up a lot.

And for the LMG are more accurate on average than a MP43?
It doesn’t feel right.

Was it data mined or just tested? Do you know?

Would be nice to have the dispersion of a gun as a stat visible in game…
I will make another suggestion for this, again.

so if kiraly has 0.5 recoil modifier and i put it on soldier that has 40% vertical perk that means i have 90% less vertical recoil ?

Nice as i wanted to pick up vertical recoil reduction perk for g43 kurz lmao
