I’m not saying you shouldn’t ask. Just try searching for it first.
The article clearly says you need to press R to enter scale mode. You click on any entity (box) and you can resize it.
Size of battle box area defines battle area, everything outside is greyzone. Poly area is different. Read. The. Articles.
If there is no battle area defined, there will be no grayzones.
