Seems Engineers can get Tools Or a Medi Pack
Tankers can get Tools or a Medi Pack too this makes sense. If you outfit a Tanker with a small backpack they can carry tools and a medipack.
If you outfit a Tanker with a large backpack they can carry for example 2 tools and two medipacks.
Can Engineers fix damaged AA guns or AT guns etc. ??? Can they fix tanks. ???
I think you can equip a toolbox to any guy and he can fix a tank 
Yes - anyone can get a tool set.
Would be nice if engineers had a notification when a tank was in need of repairs, id potentially carry some.
Every type of soldier can equip a tool box and fix a tank as long as the player have one avaiable to equip it.
Not even worth the time to do so besides on tankers. I won’t be the guy waiting close to a friendly tank for a possible repair when he, can be death with a single Ap shot.
Yeah its a nice option but probably seldom if ever is implemented. Rarely do I repair a tank anyway … well, when i do there is usually one guy left or two - usually things are going great then suddenly I blow up… This is do to infantry usually but in the beginning I am behind and amidst my team for protection then during the heat of battle suddenly I realize my infantry around me is gone and then I start to back up or something then I blow up … lol
You can repair tanks but it’s very situational. In most cases tank will blow up after the first shot so there won’t be anything left to repair.
But if you want to play as tank support infantry you may want to have one toolbox in your squad just in case.
