I noticed when the Italian soldiers are on reserve they are on German uniforms, the same happens with UK soldiers, they are on US uniforms when on reserve but unlike Italian soldiers which you can tell them apart by the name, with UK soldiers that is not possible at least for me. So how can you know if it’s a US or UK soldier when it’s on reserve? and don’t tell me by the knife because I have seen US soldiers equipped with British knives too.
faces are a dead give away.
if you want to see the full list + visual photos,
and, the other hints are names/surnames.
( there are few exceptions with some of the face being shared to other factions, but it’s kinda rare unless on hero or customization tickets )
That document is giving me many problems to open on my iPad, I hope it works better on pc. So you are telling me that DF expects you to know all the UK faces or surnames in game to tell them apart? There is no simpler way?
at this moment in time.
no.
it was stated that you will eventually be able to change nationality of your soldier through customization orders.
but just like many things promised,
it’s going to take a long time.
I tested all of them in practice mode.
Brits and usa have different voices. (Cycle each of them in a squad, and give an order)
Then to tell them apart, I give them appropriate knives, you should still have plenty left
The practice mode method you suggested was helpful, thanks. I also just noticed that the battle pass soldier even if they are on British uniforms after buying them they can be American with an American knife, this is so messed up.
yeah, you want to make sure that they keep their unique knife for easy indentifying.
Yes, I watch a lot of Southpark
US Soldiers in reserve
Canadian soldiers in reserve
UK Soldiers in reserve
I wish it was that simple to tell them apart.
