I just want to form a team with my best friend. We have been playing this game for some time, and we all like it very much. I know that there are two teams, U45N and EVA. What can I do to create a team?

there are no clan functions as of yet.
it’s more of a… “people hang around over discord” and “”“create”“” their own space.
more of self proclaimed.
which they can self advertize over the official discord if they are looking for someone or some… things in particular.
that’s all what it really comes down to.
the team size as of yet, are only between 4 players.
and they can que together to destroy/fight other players that are often in solo.
i believe there are few unofficial tournamentns here and there between “clans”.
but i don’t know much about that because i don’t really care. ( most likely hosted in custom games between the two " parties / clans " )
but yeah, those are all infos.
p.s. according to the road map, clans related functions have been considered and will be made into a thing down the pipe line in a distant future.

what you are asking could be interpreted in different ways. but. as for " wings "

if you are talking about matching with more than 4 friends in the same team and in the same match, it’s not possible to do.
because the team limits are set to 4.
that is, in the base matchmaking.
over customs howerver, and community games, you can do that by just picking the team, invite your friends and the opposite faction and have at it. it goes without saying, it would be best to use passwords ( only through premium accounts ).
which it’s where and what eva and u45n often do.
or, maybe you are asking how to invite your own friends in your party;
well, it’s relatively easy to do, but i believe you know that already. but i’ll address it just in case.
click the " + " underneath the " play " button, and invite players from there.

Sorry, I didn’t make myself clear. I know that up to four people can form a team, but I want to form a team with more friends. Members can have a nickname prefix like U45N and EVA.

they just renamed their gaijin profile nickname by adding the/a tag in their name.
( which potentially, anyone can pose as one of those clan people )
So you mean, the reason why I can’t use U45N and EVA to search for any players is because it’s just tag name?

as stated, there’s no proper clan section in enlisted.
but you should be able to see them through the name tag as it’s their actual nickname:
( unless they have their own profile on private )
So, how can I put a tag name in front of my nickname?
We found that when searching for video playback, we couldn’t find the player by searching for a tag name like U45N, so we thought it might be something special.
log in to access to your profile,
go over personal data or profile on the top right corner,
and rename your gaijin nickname through the blue pencil.
