I don’t understand the fact you’re mad because a WW2 game wont add zombie gameplay / current war era into a WORD WAR 2 game, i mean … are you mad at vegetarian restaurants because they dont offer meat ?
In anyway, with or without clan tags, don’t have doubt about the fact that clan members are gonna play the game and, with or without clan tags, they will continue to kick your ass ingame.
There is no shame on that, they are undoubtedly good at the game and, personnaly, i love to play with those guys from time to time, honestly those games are the only ones i appreciate during my sessions because of their organisation, you can be sure there will be players capping/defending the points, things that many noobs on the game don’t know how, or don’t want, to do.
PS : please keep your dyslexia shaming for you, not everyone is english native, and dyslexia is no joke.
Explain me what is the logical to put a 2000 car in a WORLD WAR 2 game map ?
Also what the f are you saying, clans never claimed to add content, they just want to be able to play against other good players.
Also to give more details to my previous answer :
“that clan is a logical thing in a COMPETITIVE game”
If they put a competitive gamemode in the game (meaning clan vs clan) i can only see one positive thing outcome :
Noobs are not going to get their ass kicked → They will not rage on the forum anymore and will stop spamming “hack abuse” for no reason
“Adding clans only benefits clans”
Obvious statement is obvious
But also disregarding the social aspect of clans, and that many community bonuses happen when you allow people to make fun clans to show that they enjoy things. Allowing people to come together as “Japan Only Clan” or “Paratroopers Unite” to allow people that enjoy specific things to find like minded individuals to team up with, as well as socialise with and develop greater bonds in the community.
I think your post would be more effective in getting developer attention if it was just focused on explaining why mod support would be better, instead of randomly attacking clans with your own personal agenda
It’s almost like you made the post entirely to rage-bait and attention seek. Well here you go, I’m giving you the attention your parents failed to
XD
Again, disregarding the entire clan system (which is a lot easier to implement that mod support, which is why it WILL get priority) is just a salty take.
again,
is this really the case?
apparently not considering we didn’t received most of that said road map either.
so… no.
that is not the case.
on this, i can agree.
but at the same time. do we really need to make the tools from scratch?
we could get SDKs.
which were also hinted.
but never made through.
and as much everyone can understand the argument of " not a priority / things can change ".
i refuse to believe everything was scrapped for no reason.
and even less i refuse to accept how clans might get anything when modding is way more important and close from being final.
game on.
except, they don’t use the mods editor at all.
because they have sdks.
which it’s a program that allows you to have hights, splines, like any normal editor.
as much i understand and can get behind an easier tool, the mods editor is for the most part, accessible.
and if you do not know something, the enlisted modding will always help out.
that’s how most things functions.
we often have to rely on each other, and everything you see, was user made.
WITHOUT documentation.
as much as the learning curve is stiff, and technically, i still consider my self in training, not even trying or outright giving up doesn’t seem logical either.
otherwise the modding for this game wouldn’t have existed.
i suppose a matter of opinions.
but i’d argue it’s way easier and of higher importante to prioritize what can already be possible.
“and if you disagree, you’re just selfish and incapable of thinking rationally or rather, incapable of thinking for others rather than just yourselves.”
As we say in france : "c’est l’hopital qui se fou de la charité "
or if you prefer : “Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.”
How can we know this for a fact? More to the point, how do we know for sure that using those is a breeze compared to the normal editor? Because I have to believe that if things were so easy for them to do compared to everyone else using the public resource, we would be getting constant small changes to certain points and locations, not just every couple of months.
Can you explain what exactly would you like to see changed? What changes to custom content are you looking for
I fail to see how asking for support if someone agrees is a bad thing. But I guess that’s why our suggestions get pushed through while yours rest in obscurity.
