Well they can do a desired item pick that after you open a specific amount of boxes you get the desired item 100% Like in other games with box mechanics.

Forget the weapons…I want the squads. That’s why I want the boxes year round as the pull rates are brutal, even worse for the desired weapon. Since the rates are so bad that when you are lucky enough to draw a squad/vehicle/weapon you should automatically be able to select the one you want. When it is a 3% chance of pulling a weapon, but the one you want has a 2% chance of being drawn in that box it is like winning a lottery…the odds are brutal. They need to change the odds of the boxes and make them more available.
The more people that post that sentiment and like those posts…the more developers take notice and make changes to keep the player base happy. It applies to ALL ideas in posts so keep writing/commenting/reading and liking them…right @MajorMcDonalds?

Well if they give desired item is the best option you open 100 boxes you get the squad you want or the weapon or the vehicle you have selected cuz right now I really want the paratroopers but nope xD

Trust me…I feel your pain. I’ve spent millions on boxes to get some weapons (mostly higher pull rates like pistols and swords), got all of the vehicles some how…but only 4 event squads…still have 26 to go.

Id rather my odds go to the squads as you get more with the pull. Then when emptying the squads and vehicles, the combined rates should go to making it easier to pul weapons.

Fair enough, but i meant why not have both as in give you the choice to pick whichever one you want and also add them temporarily to the shop (hopefully for silver) for those who don’t want to gamble.

I’ll put it this way…thereis a particular German ghillie suit silenced MP40 squad that every time I see them on the battlefield, I stop playing the objective to chase them down just so I can pick up their weapon to play it. It’s better for gameplay if I can just stay on target because I was lucky enough to already have the squads I want. To be honest I do it for a lot of old event squads and weapons lol

Loot boxes are a mechanic taken from shit mobile games.
In Enlisted it’s as shitty. But in mobile games, at least after 100 pulls or something, you’re guaranteed something good.
Enlisted doesn’t even have that…
That we went from the wonderful, unanimously loved gold order shop, to this shitty gacha mechanic…

True…but a least BPs now are shorter and you have the opportunity to get 4 of the old weapons rather then the pick of one. I miss gold orders for sure but now you can get essentially 12 old weapons in the same timeframe of the old BP. Plus all the mini events that include them its just a matter of time before they appear…but then have to grind forever.
You know what would have fixed that? Increasing the number of GO’s given out, ya know instead of scrapping the whole system which allowed for free choice, but now we just have to take whatever slop is thrown our way.

I agree…but those old gold orders were rarely given out…not sure if they would change their minds now. Since I am done all the tech trees there is little to look forward too since you mighyt not have the time requirements or vacations for some rewards /events.
It’s misleading.
Say one, is a main. Plays only Japan for example. With the ancient gold order model, said player could not only get his Japan weapon from bp, a new different one each bp, but chose more of the same if he so wanted. Because there was a neat shop.
Now it’s in rotation. Meaning there’s only something new for Japan once… every 4 month, instead of 3.
There’s way less variety with the new format. Used to be something for each factions everytime.
There was ways to obtain gold orders from other places than bp too. From daily 15 days boxes, or events.
