i am currently grinding soviet moscow… i can only say PP Shpitalniy with its 91 bullets is probably best smg in game (stg 44 is AR 
). low recoil with drum makes it a killer in short and mid range. it is joy to play with it. PPD 34/38 is also great, waiting for PPSh 41 to see what i prefer better. idk how anyone can complain about soviet smg… i can understand complaining about US smg, but not about soviet…
(Anyway, in the real world, the 7.62mm Tokarev bullets has more kinetic energy when compared with the 9mm.)

In practice, I’ve never once had issues using the Axis SMGs. Whereas the Soviet SMGs I have had some troubles, primarily with it “firing blanks” half the time.

But your facts are a joke (like if you think 0.2 better dmg or 0.5s-1s better reload time for 2,5x less ammo is better you have awful math skills) or wrong (most Axis SMGs are similiar accurate as Soviet drums).

It’s very simple, just set up more servers for players living outside the US and Europe. In the Chinese domestic test, PPsh benefited from the low latency brought by the local servers and turned into a beast, while in my tour of the international service it was as useless as a toy gun.
Or DH should enhance the submachine guns that fire Tokarev ammo. Submachine guns that use Tokarev pistol rounds are supposed to have higher muzzle velocity and invasion power than those that use Parabellum ammo, but I guess not, because of game balance or something

Really? Maybe we can suggest our Mr.Fox to carry out more qualifying. But , in these past Berlin and Stalingard competition, Germans is obviously stronger than the Soviets. However, We didn’t have qualifying of Moscow yet , maybe we can advise to get a qualifying of Moscow next.

Only MKB used to be better/ had Soviet rifle dispersion but Soviet mains didnt like this so now its as accurate as a 9mm SMG.
Because only Soviet AR and SFs are allowed to get low dispersion.
Soviets have almost same meta guns there as elsewhere excluding the AVT in return for more drums Same goes to Germany excluding the FG (Berlin), captured PPSh (SG) and Kiraley, but the FG has semi-worse tats than the AVS (and mostly the Yankees complain(ed) about it). MG42 is MG34 with higher rof.
Soviet tanks are better in SG and Moscow and I would say on par with Germans in Berlin and air asymmentrical on both sides.
But ofc the Soviets suffer in Berlin because Berlin is the sole campaign where their tanks cant pen the whole front beyond the IV J., not to mention that the Germans have Tigers which can OHK as well/ stuff which is actually worth to grind for.

There’s literally no point in using it. Fedorov is better for the same price, ppd is cheaper for the same performance.
