How about an slight ability boost for your SQ when reaching certain levels

LVL 50 Advanced Inf (if they are infantry that is) pilots have their own name
LVL 75 Elite (Ace for pilots)
LVL 100 Heroes

Dont have to be much but like 1-2% per advancement or something like that in their specialized things

Could also get some cool cosmetics for this as well if we want to be fancy
