While playing in the new Wald map I was getting little bit of flashbacks from the FURY movie, and that got me thinking, wouldn’t it be good and easy to introduce some maps for US that would have an use of Battle of Berlin assets? US soldiers would wear same uniforms there as in Normandy (Just as Rzhev is connected to Stalingrad for USSR)

I mean the likes of Aachen would be perfect, the US has been really needing a dense urban setting, atm they only have Burma, which is good but isnt that dense, especially as opposed to the ruins youd see in the likes of Aachen or etc.

They could easily just use all the seelow maps and replace the dead t34s with shermans. They have no iconic locations that indicate it being seelow and not just some random forest with railway

Yeah please dont, Seelow Hights suck. The map pool for US already had a lot of bad maps please dont add more.
Overal I think the idea of Walt but for US is fine, just please no more Seelow Hights.
Overal however, I hope we get to see some new assets. For hopefully Manchuria, a new map for Japanese VS America/British, maybe something like Manila or the dense jungles of Papua.

I personally like seelow heights after the new update. Biggest problem are bad fps due to unoptimized spots. They could run a test just like they did with the all maps for all brs thing

I really like new Seelow as it now has a lot of cover for infantry from tanks/planes plus Wald is not that bad well only one or two objectives could get some reworks (like that bunker or a church). Only bad part about Seelow is that stupid bridge objective that is just anti fun thesis no matter how much they rework it’s always one team that dominate and have huge advantage and going to grind enemies.
Ofc they went overboard with rework of Seelow + Wald and framerate is really poor at times probably due shadows from trees/grass.
Oh I mean the Old Seelow Hights, I have only played Walt (despite me liking the map in the new system lol)
So no judgement on that one. The old ones though I just dislike, all of them, especially the old train map.
