Hit markers and general bullet to sight alignment

Just curious if since the update anyone else is experiencing hit markers that appear at basically the boot level of the solider when you are hitting them mid range.
It happened to me all last night and was really throwing me off. I kept auto correcting thinking inwas firing too low for some reason.

As well, it feels like the sight picture to where thr bullet flies is a bit skewed (accounting for dispersion).
