Suggestion:
Hide ranks of players at the beginning (to prevent desertion), but show at the end of a match.
Because - a victory over a team of marshalls is more significant than a victory over a team of privates

Meh, i prefer it just not be shown at all … just was a mistake. All it did was make people complain about matchmaking even though it was not impacted in matchmaking. Having it removed helps reinforce that it is not taken into account when matchmaking. I wouldn’t be opposed to showing BR equipped for their loadout at the end though

Yes, I also hate these cowards who run away because their teammates are beginners.They are not even willing to give it a try.
