A friend of mine recently downloaded the game on ps5 and is trying to play, but it’ll load for about 10 minutes and then say “failed to connect to login server” he made sure he had the ps5 version of the game and tried deleting and reinstalling the game multiple times, and no luck. Anybody have any ideas on how to resolve this issue, thanks
I had this issue and I did somthing that kind of helped I think I’m not sure if it’s gonna help your friend or not anyway this is what I did on PC on login screen I disconnected my internet and let it give me the no internet connection pop up then reconnect my internet and it worked

After disconnecting Internet I pushed the login button and let it give no internet connection pop up then reconnect my internet and pressed the login button again and I didn’t get the connection to log in server failed
