There has been a bunch of changes and upgrades in the last couple of weeks. A couple were great, some were good and some were DICE level WTF were you thinking?

Screwing with guns and bombs is by far the worst. FACT CHECK. bombs blow you up. GOT IT? If you want a game where bombs don’t blow you up. REMOVE them. But don’t derf them down to the point of absurdity.

Case in point. HE rounds can now one shot kill a tank. But not 3 soldiers standing by a wall 6 feet apart unless you hit one in the HEAD. That is freakin ridiculous. Especially considering most of the multi kills were bots and even more ironic are bots the player left standing around so he could respawn one of them.

I don’t know who it is the is crying about getting blown up or mowed down by a cannon or mg. But HELLO??? Can we all agree hence forth we will call them morons and doobs and ignore their BS? Seriously these same idiots are crying because the planets kill them on xbox.

Dice did this to BF2. Instead of working on physics in the game, graphics, and MINOR improvements they started dropping Humvee from the sky and thought that made the game better. It didn’t. Most players believe Dice did it intentionally to kill of the game before then next new BF game. It worked and they ruined a really good game.

I’m already at a point with Enlisted where I’m wondering if I want to spend REAL MONEY on a game that is becoming increasingly UNREAL.

Can’t shoot a high caliber weapon or CANNON through a stick hut? Really. Can’t kill blow up a group of soldiers with an HE explosion? And don’t even get into the comparison of C4 Vs any other exploding device in the game.

I made 3 runs yesterday dropping 6 bombs each run against a tank yesterday, got “richochets” every time but didn’t kill it. Seriously? Richochets? I’m pretty sure my money is going to start richocheting back into my credit card too.

Is a tank owning you? File the problem under sheet happens. Then KILL IT. Smoke it get next to it and blow it up with some magic c-4. But for FS don’t down grade every other weapon that might kill the tank. That’s not an upgrade that just another death nail in a game that will eventually end up being killed off “improvements”.

There is a need to “consider the source” before you assume there is a problem. Idiots arent good pilot and are no threat to anyone but themselves. Idiots don’t drive tanks well and usually are using the wrong weapon on the wrong targets. So idiots stay on the ground and cry about the experienced pilots and tankers who have LEARNED how to be effective and kill them in herds. Because they don’t build spawns close to the target and are endless parades of targets across the map. They are idiots because they leave their bots behind. They are idiots because they don’t build AA, or PAKS. Instead they cry. We aren’t the ones crying, You don’t hear from us until you screw up something that wasn’t broken.

Quit listening to the idiots. They will eventually leave and more than likely they AREN’T THE ONES BUYING ANYTHING.

So it was realistic before?
I guess the M2 and the Jumbo and dispersion were not that concenring.

Why would it make it cooler? The point is emphasis? Have you never bolded something on a document?

Also on your other point, just because there are issues previously, does not mean other aspects of the game were better than they were now. The game should get better with time, not worse.

I agree with 90% of this. The HE, bombs, etc getting messed with has really screwed a lot of us over. I for one use the field gun quite a lot for example: its a 75mm CANNON firing HIGH EXPLOSIVE. I should not be getting only white hitmarkers when direct impacting infantry in the chest, nor when it lands right at their feet.
If players are having a problem with it, then that is an issue that TRAINING and TUTORIALS should address, since common sense seems to not be working. A tank, field gun, plane, sniper, even just simply flanking will take me out.
If I’m using a plane and wrecking, it should be their sign to move through a different area and use cover at the very least. Encourage them to use rally points, AA guns, or even god forbid trenching!

I agree, they are going down the same road that DICE did with BF2042 even. All the solo players were having too much difficulty fighting players that were WORKING TOGETHER to make full use of vehicles and other things. They nerfed every aspect of teamwork so the lone wolfs could do better. This is a game based in teamwork. Something giving you trouble? Mark it out and use callouts. Work with other players. If you are using teamwork and some strategy but STILL getting your teeth kicked in, THEN its time to suggest changes.

Exactly there is absolutely nothing in this game that cannot be neutralized with a counter measure. We don’t need a dev to dumb it down for the morons. In fact there should be weapons in the game that are FEARED.

There actually kind of is. I’m just hoping they put in a way to actually counter it.

Radio Operators dropping artillery. According to a lot of PC players this isn’t an issue, but it is on console. However, instead of directly nerfing it, I’ve suggested several times to add in a location from which it is fired, that can be disabled by aircraft. This brings in the teamwork element that I’m talking about.

The main premise is not even wrong, but the text structure and style are basically begging to be picked on.

Fact check: You need to drop bomb in death range.

When you need this update to realise that most soldiers are bots.

Not suprising if you get the main concept of the game.

And planes are hard outside of Normandy, but well… not like Normandy was known for skilled gameplay anyway.

“CAPS LOCK IS CRUISE CONTROL FOR COOL” is one of the rules of the internet (number 6 or 31, depending on who you ask) that specifies that the Caps Lock key on most standard keyboard layouts (used for toggling uppercase text) is an automatic method to become cool, hence the cruise control metaphor.

Just out of curiosity what are these intresting and unique weapons ?

The only historical thing this has is the timeline.
Nothing else.

This is arcade shooter.

Quite sure they did, if I recall they even removed the “historical” / " realistic " from description of the game.

Only place this game can compete is price, and even free is little too expensive for this game.
