Headache Guns

Pzb hits BT7 tanker in the forehead - Orange
Pzb hits T-28 tanker in the chest 4 times - Yellow
Pzb hits T-60 engine 5 times - Yellow

Is this gun for massaging tanks? Seems almost impossible to affect tanks at all except the T-60 and T-26, and even then the damage seems too random to be worth using. At least I’ve gotten some good shots with the PTRD and PTRS.

I think the Pzb, and AT rifles in general, should maintain more anti-personnel damage after penetrating armor, enough to always one-shot a tanker if there is a headshot. Too many times enemy tankers appear have metal implants installed in their head; this is especially annoying now that many tankers are pretending to be snipers these days.

Your wishes should not affect how weapons worked in real life and combat !

Then I assume you’ve shot at someone in a tank with an ATR IRL? There’s always been weird activity in WT where a shell passing through a crew fails to kill, such as the infamous video where a shell goes through a truck driver, ‘deflects’ 180 degrees and finishes him off.

IRL a single shotgun pellet, a single piece of shrapnel is enough to kill in the head. If an ATR caliber bullet passes through armor I have no doubt that a headshot would disable any crew it hits.

i have issue with how durable the drive wheels are

I find your sarcasm unpleasant. Try doing some research, see if you can track down any after-action reports or other sources of data that demonstrates out the real-life rifles did against the same or similarly-armored tanks.

Depends. Did that pellet or shapnel hit the jaw? I’ve personally seen video footage of someone whose jaw was outright blown off, pretty much completely, leaving a gory and gaping hold in his face (possibly even his upper teeth gone but can’t recall) and he was pouring water down that hole to hydrate himself. People have shot themselves in the head and survived, in fact I know of a very unfortunate case online of a videogame designer/developer (an entrepreneur who works on his own projects, he had considered hiring me as a writer, I think the third time someone had offered to take me on to help with a videogame) and his wife had shot herself in the head. I don’t know what she used, but they managed to save her life and now she allegedly has the mental capacity of a 3 year old. Very sad, but the fellow seems to be handling it impressively well.

That said, you don’t necessarily need to KILL someone to take them out of the fight. Granted sometimes people fight right to the last breath, but if shrapnel obscures a soldier’s eyes or outright damages/destroys them… a soldier that can’t see isn’t too much of a threat. Best I can think of is if they maybe use muscle memory to (probably awkwardly/slowly) be the loader. Anyhow, yeah, based on your claims it does SOUND like shinanigans but do proper research so that you have some viable evidence to back up your desire for AT rifles to be given a boost. It helps big-time to provide links to (in all likelihood) historical Military sources.

Welcome to the internet.

Anyway, the support is appreciated.
