I wood like to have the ability to repack magazines of asoltwepens machiguns and other guns that use detachable magazines.For example i have 10 or so bullets left in 11 magazines and there are no ammunition boxes because of that i can’t effectively kill the enemy

This is why I just empty the magazine instead of doing tactical reloads as I had this habit from shooters that count by the number of magazines instead of bullets.
Likewise. I like it this way too, it add a slight lvl of difficulty:
You must manage how you shoot, and cannot be a compulsive reloader hoping to have a fresh full mag every 5 seconds you press “r”, after shooting only one or 2 bullets.
It’s why I have a soft spot for ppsh41 (box mag) over the drum one. Matters less if I reload after a skirmish as I know my mag is already pretty empty.
Interesting idea, but reloading mags would probably be a slow and tedious process. I don’t see why you wouldn’t just switch soldiers. This would add some realism to the game, but I think the squad system has made this a little unnecessary.

In reality it’s hard to do in a warzone. It is easier to just head to an ammo box and get fresh mags.

Another game (Battlebit Remastered) has this and it is a neat little feature. I believe it prioritizes smaller mags being put into larger mags with the least amount of rounds missing.
How long does it take? How many bullets is a couple? Why not just pick up an enwmy weapon if you’re so desperate?
