Having issue with linking steam account

Played warthunder on steam 10 years ago. Right now, when I link my gaijin account with this new steam account, it able to get in the game but it totally is a new account. No weapons, no research, no money.

So, does this mean that I have to play enlisted with my old steam account which I player warthunder?

There is a relink steam account button in the setting

Yeah, I did that, but it is not working. I solved the issue by login with my old steam account which I used to play Warthunder. Seems it already linked with my old steam account.
