Hatch improvements

When driving my tank I like to look out the commanders hatch to look out for trees made out of Stalinium and inconveniently placed buildings.

To make hatches even better here are a few suggestions:

•add hatches to the few tanks which have them modelled yet not available: Ka-chi, na-to, ho-ni 1, kv2 (tech tree), Daimler MK2.

•animations for exits and entries from hatches

•quicker leave time if I’m peaking out the hatch

•have players not be teleported besides the tank when leaving, instead have them near the hatch they used.

•ability to throw grenades through hatch openings. Very difficult but at the moment grenades just kinda sit on top of open hatches

•when commanders die hatches should stay open with their body slumped forward on the copula, if another bot goes into the commander position they should visually be seen pushing the former commanders body out.

•variable peak, maybe 2 positions of peaking, 1 where the commander is pressed up against the hatch door in order to have some cover (can’t use roof mg when like this) and 2nd position standard upright position.

•driver hatches (could help when driving tanks with no commander hatch or tank with a tall turret think kv2)
