I started searching for a match and got D-Day Normandy, decided I had enough of that map for now and left. Search for next game and it reconnects me to same game I think. Thats alright I think, wait a bit and search again. Same map, different people, I leave again, wait, search, join. Same map again. This happens about 4 more times. I decided to stop trying and closed the game. Came back 4 hours later, I get D-Day AGAIN. Finally decide to go through with the game.
Now, I search for a game again, its invasion again and on a different map. Now I try this again, same results, invasion on le suer. At this point I am thinking about some kind of map Soft Lock that forces you to play maps in rotation, haven’t read about this anywhere so wanted to know if anyone has experienced the same.
You just have bad luck.
My record is 5 D-days in a row.
Fair enough, thought it maybe explicit game design, which would be weird.
Someone on reddit said this is the map rotation for Normandy but I haven’t played it enough to know if they’re right:

I think this is right, Coleville to D-Day is 100% true as I sort of figured this out on my own. I can probably see this as being correct as rotations are server-tied it seems.
