Hi, I've been noticing strange things happening in the Enlisted game for a few weeks now. Especially in custom room battles.
Among them, like dying behind a brick or concrete wall in a bunker,
Weapons like pistols or machine guns shooting as if they were snipers from afar and hitting headshots,
Players who don't die even if you hit them first with multiple shots from a high-rate automatic weapon,
Players who already know your positioning and movement without having seen you, in the latter I have evidence of YouTube channels posting this type of cheating.
How do I send this material, in the correct way, to prove that people are using HACK / Aimbot in the game???
Thank you for your attention I appreciate if you can help me.
I´m not saying cheaters do not exist in Enlisted, but after understanding how gameplay mechanics works, I can say that for an entire time I was playing ever since CAT (closed alpha testing) I encountered only one person that I was 99% sure was cheating.
Things like:
Especially when killer is behind it, right? That is camera not always showing you the killer, but the person who damaged you most recently. Also explosives such as tank HE can do the job, or explosive packs/grenades not showing their marker sometimes due to the bug. Not to mention that explosions in general are behaving weirdly.
Depends on what the you mean by afar for pistols… after their recoil was reduced, they are pretty accurate, but due to the damage falloff even headshot sometimes requires more hits.
As more LMGs… they are used for mid/long range support quite often, especially if you mount them. So that is not surprising either.
Usually, spawn protection or server not registering hits properly.
Pings can do the job here. Either AI can snipe you like that (they sometimes really care less about a bushes than players do), or another player marked the place where he spotted enemy units. Also, some routes are simply so commonly used, that you can easily predict some movements.
Of course, as I have already said, cheaters do exist, but I would be hesitant at pointing fingers and calling somebody a cheater in situations that given gameplay mechanics are debatable at best.
As for how to report this… you already know what I would tell you.
Use official support, or directly contact mods/helpers through private message.
Is that right, @DieJagdente ?
i believe the usual response given is to use the in game reporting system
if you pull up the scoreboard and click on their name, a button called “complain” will appear where you can write “hacking” or something like that
i am pretty sure neither support or mods can actually ban people in game if i remember past statements correctly, so just use the in game thing
Thanks a lot for the clarification friend. It’s just that I can’t send you links that would prove the use of a hack/aimbot recently in the game! Are downloaded videos allowed to post here???
We need some platform to send the recordings of matches with suspected hack/aimbot.
Something more specific to be able to ban these players from Enlisted! In some games that I participated, you can already send replays of matches with unsportsmanlike behavior and the use of mods prohibited.
Which depending on the case causes a permanent ban on the account!
If you have bulletproof evidence, sure you can send it to support as part of your report I guess, if gaijin actually have the option to do that.
Posting it here wouldn´t make much difference other than players looking at it and probably coming to the conclusion that it might not be a cheater after all. As for video guides on cheating etc. that is prohibited to post here.
I guess you can also wait for what our almighty moderators can say on this to help you since I tagged one on topic.
