Gun upgrades rehaul

I am fed up with having to play squads that I hate just to be able to upgrade a gun that is with them. it’s frustrating and I end up having to abandon my good squads for a while. I think that gun upgrades should be based on how many points you get with that gun in all squads, it shouldn’t be squad locked. as we already have the merge, I think this would be a useful update, it will lessen the headache and make the game more enjoyable. to those saying just buy the upgrade, not everyone can afford 40 gold to have an instant upgrade!

i want it back :sob: :sob: :sob: :sob:

yeah, except you weren’t using dozens and dozens of soldiers at once though, i’d literally go insane manually modding every single rifle in my arsenal

Them being locked to certain squads is the sole reason to use different squads. Otherwise you’ll just stick to your maxed out MG I Squad and never use II, III, etc

It’s a mechanic that forces you to diversify and invest time in other squads. It’s good for you

No thanks, I want more realistic firearms

it was “realistic”
a lightened spring will increase the rate of fire at the cost of increased recoil
a heavy spring the other way

and a lightened bolt increase the rate of fire but decrease the effective range

it was fun
changing the feel of the same weapon

But do these adaptions exist for the guns in Enlisted at the time Enlisted takes place?

Id extend this to vehicles as well.

what time Enlisted takes place ?
the time when moroccans fought with the allies in the pacific ? :smirk:

as someone who also played that a whole lot, that aint a real upgrade system, it’s just tiers and silver sink. heavy bolt is the only one you want. and then the for-pay ammo jesus

used to love that game despite how stupid and grindy and p2w it was
