As in get a gueriila squad?
If so, either buy the premium squad, or complete the La Resistance event, or unlock the necessary weapon in the TT. I don’t know which weapons for all the factions, but the Ithaca 37 shotgun unlocks the Allies’ guerillas.
TT unlocks:
Japan = Browning Auto 5
USSR = PPSh-41 Obrez
Germany = PPSh-41 Obrez
Allies = Ithaca 37
