This is a small but possible suggestion, once a guerrilla squad has taken out a tanks crew, they can take control of the tank, this would be the same for any enemy vehicle. This was very common for
guerrilla fighters in ww2.

guerrilla feature = can´t drive vehicles, however I would allow they could be passengers in a vehicle

I think they should be able to drive vehicles. Some maps like Pacific its very difficult to flank without boats or jeeps.
Guerillas would use any transport available including captured vehicles.
(I believe it was Sea of Sand about the Long Range Desert Group the British soldier drives a jeep through German territory wearing a German cap and playing Lili Marlene on the wireless. When he crosses the demarkation line he slaps on a British peaked cap and switches the radio to the BBC.)
Tanks Im not sure about. I like the idea in principle but it could be OP. How would you tell who’s bad other than “he’s shooting at me”.
Maybe guerillas could take over enemy APCs and drive them around? Idk.
