Gold orders stay as they are right now, it was said multiple times:
Enlisted will have a single currency — silver. You will be able to buy everything you bought for silver and bronze orders (and even a bit more). The gold remains in the game.
Q. What’s about different orders, like the “Soldier level up order”?
A. They will be kept. We’ll also be giving them away in special events. The same goes for everything else, including gold orders. We only exchange bronze and silver orders to silver.
However I recommend to buy some of the gold order items that will disappear with the merge:

They will not be changed.
Just depend on BP season.
Save them at least a few more weeks, until we know the golden weapons of the next BP season.
