Although not all gold soldiers are the best, there are some who, because there is no higher level of them (for example, engineers) but end up lost among the squads within the reserve list, sometimes even among legacy squads, that is why I would like to suggest at least one marker or something that identifies the squad or that can be removed comfortably in case you want to transfer it to another squad since you have to check each squad to find them one by one

are you talking about the squad menu? there is the logo of the roles of each character that you add to your squad, then if you speak in the game, seeing a logo of the staff I admit that would have been interesting rather than an arrow
not exactly, what I mean it’s I use this not leveled squad as example, you see this gold soldier?,well if I send this squad to my reserve but I forget where is, how I can “recover” him from the many many list of squads I have?, that’s what I am suggesting a brand or something for say “ey you, here this squad have a gold order soldier and this is his rank” for see if you want it or not or at least give us an option to sell him if it’s no longer useful!

You add it to the reserve. when you go to select the regiment you want, you add soldiers and you will see it appear, the golden soldier. only to be able to add it your regiment must accept a radio operator. If your regiment doesn’t accept a radio operator you won’t be able to.
