Gold order soldier send to the rear?

Hi guys

I recently made the mistake of getting a Gold order soldier (Gunner II, Prokhor Tikilyanov) for Moscow Allies. Realised too late he only has 15 Perk points for vitality instead of the 16 max Perk points for a Gunner II. +35% vitality is therefore not possible, so I wasted a Gold order. It seems there isn’t a possibility to get rid of him. For non-Gold oder soldier I at least get some Bronze when I send them to the rear, but this seems not possible for Gold Order soldiers?

The fact that +35% vitality is considered so important, that any soldier that can’t use the perk is useless: it shows that it’s OP and needs to be removed or cut in half.

I’d argue the same for the recoil reduction perks; any optional perk that is considered necessary by players should be reworked.
