It reflects the squad title as 2nd, when it is infact third panzer division.

It’s not incorrect, the squad name is the 2nd Panzer Division , while the regiment name is 3rd Panzer Regiment, you can check this by clicking on the squad
So the reserves use the regiment name, and the gold order panther uses the squad name

as euthy say, you can click in squad info or just selecting the squad and checking their divition and regiment
