Giving the US its actual Guns

Yup, however these devs appear to be kind of leftovers that left the original Gaijin team, on top of being split between CR and this game, leading to low quality coding.

For me there is also a large matter towards whether guns feel and sound good to fire. Sadly, Enlisted lacks in both of those aspects as well due to the low quality gun sounds, on top of the poor animations. I got into Destiny 2 a while back and even though it isn’t realistic in any stretch of the imagination, it does have excellent gunplay.

I ave never heard the devs say that they did it this way for testing purposes. I think when open beta began we just assumed that was the case.

Now I’m beginning to believe they are doing it this way for monetization reasons only because they know Americans will pay more to have those weapons.

Now that thompson is at lvl 29 I think we will see boozka next at a even higher rank because they want to keep us grinding and paying for premium account to get this stuff.

My thoughts are the Thompson is 29; due, to the fact it’s heavy weight and 45round, probably makes it the best Autofire weapon in the game at the ranges we play.

Anyone have it and can comment on that?

I’ve heard people say its the best SMG the allies have in Normandy, but I am yet to unlock it myself

Never played those games, but yeah it’s nice when the gunplay is on point. There’s various issues they need to iron out of Enlisted. M1 Garand reload with the en bloc clip not ejecting automatically, the M1 Carbine with grenade launcher ALWAYS racking the bolt instead of only when the firearm is reloaded from empty, the Kar98k rear sight being set to like 1000m even though it still shoots to point of aim, and I think something needs to be done with the M1903A4 because personally I REALLY struggle with how tiny and thin that crosshair is. The scoped M1903A1 has a far easier crosshair to use along with the scoped M1 Garand.

It’s more about the terrible animations than the code.

The main benefit to the bazooka, would be that it’s rocket propelled with a lighter projectile than the PIAT, which means that it has a much flatter arc. Ideally, it’d be given M6A3 charges so that it would retain equal penetration to the PIAT.

With that said, the Panzerfaust 60 has a high arc (though not quite as high as the PIAT), and would be probably the best equivalent to the Bazooka in the campaign tree, simply as it at least can reach a substantial range if you do arc it sell, compared to the rather horrible ballistics of the Panzerfaust 30 and sturmpistole.
