yes this will also give p2p a free plane slot but fair is fair or something
of countless games i have not touched fighter or attacker despite having unlocked many tt planes and squads
in fact i have not even thought of planes until i received a German event plane in the hail vet box
just like the apc not taking up a tank/vehicle slot

I think add it like in WT as a silver unlocked slot, make it cost like 50k silver. That way both F2P and paying players benefit from it.
Also means a new F2P player is more likely to stick round longer and in turn become a paying customer instead of just an advanced bot player. That comes off harsh but more meant it as in, fills in numbers and without them, the game dies

Im pretty sure most F2P still wouldnt use the plane. Except for sweaty tryhards i hardly ever see the planes get played in my games.
And when i see one it is allways some hardcore dude who paid for slots anyways & racks up 100+ kills bombing.

which is why the plane will go underused little better than the rider class

compared to apcs tanks most infantry classes, so yes underused, what percentage of the player base uses them, who knows my guess is low
true (the game locks it to be this way anyway. only 2 plane slots). but thats normal, its not as accessible to the casual player…something that requires specific practice, completely independent of FPS skills used on the ground

Why can’t non-paying players be responsible for their own squad selection?
Maybe there should be extra aircraft like extra tanks on the battlefield

Only one fighter or reconnaissance aircraft with a bomb equivalent to 100 kg as a countermeasure against high value ground targets
And after it is generated, it will not affect the rebirth of normal aircraft players.
I think this is more useful than letting free players get grids
so an entire new mechanic, anything to avoid being charitable, stealing from pre-merg f2p play that fine but take from p2p that is a crime. yes giving post merg plalers pre merg legacy squads great idea. giving f2p who have 4 slots a limited function slot a bridge too far. by the way both f2p and p2p would get another slot. inhales the smell of hypocrisy, i love the smell of manurer in the morning it smells like a dying game.
