Love stug life!!!, geared and perked mine…just need the new enlisted so it can see maps its better suited to.
It can shine in moscow,tunisia and normandy but knowing enlisted it give you berlin
I’ll miss Stalingrad perks. Even vehicles were cheap to max in here… I didn’t use Stug much in Stalingrad I’ll admit, because not having a turret in urban warfare was a too big cons…
But oh boy. I love using the premium Stug in Normandy, and still is in my lineup. Feels like a fair tank to use and battles remain challenging with it. When the Stalingrad one becomes usable everywhere it will be even better. Wonder what br that will be
The same of the f2, both have similiar stats, imo it get matched aganaist sherman and t34
And @50553140 do you have even the event jagdpanzer IV to use
Yeah, moscow is where id like to use it. Tunisia would be cool too.
Played it only enough to min max crew in stalingrad, but urban was too cluttered to make good use of it.
YEEES!!! I had forgotten about my wooden tank! Ahah I’ll be sure to use it just to confuse my enemy: “what the h*** is that?!?”
I still main the FW in Moscow for that same reason Those who spam IL are so confused when they realize they cannot outurn (with broken, boosted IL stats) this plane like the others! And it melts lil biplanes just because it has 2 defense gunners. Hilarious to use.
But it makes me think. We will DEFINITELY need more than 10 slots per faction. Too many opportunities to use. I’ll want a TD in big open fields, but I’ll use a small nimble tank in urban areas for example.
We need slots.
The game have definitely too much premium squad, as f2p i dont mind if dev let premium players use 20 slot considereted the ammount of money wasted
Even f2p will NEED more slots.
Because all maps and war theaters will be merged, and you won’t know where you’ll play until the match starts.
What if a player usually plays Tunisia maps and uses a mostly ranged loadout… then ends up fighting in tracktor plant? He will be at big disadvantage compared to the cqb focused player… And vice versa.
Everyone should get more slots for options.
Yes. I don’t want to take my tank or aircraft in my team loadouts when only one or two people can use them.
Epically in the Pacific. I can’t fly planes (well), and tank on tank combat is to sparse and when there is tank vs tank you usually can’t see the enemy. HMGs, AT guns, and artillery strikes are much more convenient and easier to use. Infantry just do the job better.
This is not all that good if they put price tag on 95% of them so F2Ps cant even have them.
Yeah, that’s why I said f2p will need more slots too… free slots. Wouldn’t even be generosity at this point from the devs, simply common sense for the game to work for them too.
Whales (like me) will buy em all anyway if there are still some paid ones to get after the transfer… But I hardly see a f2p playing Germany with only 1 tank slot and 3 infantry ones… too many different battlefields.
Every single war document will prove your nonsense statements wrong, even Soviet documents will.
You are literally spitting out false informations.
If you look at tanks from a pure firepower/ armor standpoint and ignore reliability, ergonomics and optics as factors, then every serious Tank enthusiast will tell you something along these lines:
Panzer IV F2 = T34 = Sherman M4
Panzer IV H = T34 85 = Sherman 76mm
Panther / JagdpanzerIV = Firefly, Jackson
T34 85 < Tiger tank <IS 2< Panther < Pershing = Jagdpanther = SU 100 < King Tiger < IS 3
Now obviously there is more to tanks than simply stating firepower, the IS 2 for example was not primarily designed to destroy tanks, yet it was a successful tank because it was more than capable to do so while also performing great as a break through tank + great reliability, something most german tanks were lacking at the end of the war, however this very same problem existed with early T34s.
Now my point, non of this matters in a game like enlisted, ultimately you can’t nerf a tanks firepower based on its horrible reliability, this would not make any sense.
However what must be portrayed correctly is the effectiveness of a tank in a direct fight, and the T 34 is absolutely overperforming.
Listen, I have great respect in relation to how the US managed to design and produce a fairly competent tank with basically no prior experience in either designing, building or using tanks. But to call any WW2 US tank other than perhaps the pershing remotely equal to any contemporary german or soviet tank would be a bad joke. Given time they would have adapted from combat experience and rolled out improved pershings, M47s and God knows what else but the tanks they initially used in Africa, France, Italy and west Germany up until the end of the war were subpar in every regard to what the Germans had.
And even the 76mm version of the venerable sherman was underperforming, often had subpar ammo for expected US standards at the time, and simply wasn’t available in sufficient numbers to completely phase out the objectively obsolete 75mm version. To paint a more complete picture, a more refined sherman 76mm with the improved HVAP ammo and experienced crew, improved optics and standardized cannons could reliably face North Korean T-34-85s in the 50s.
Compared to what? A stopgap measure Pz.IV F2? It should perform well against those. Same as how Pz.IV H should bully T-34('43) models.
I question the seriousness of that enthusiast if he doesn’t account the difference between tanks, casemate self-propelled tankhunters and tanks that barely saw combat and puts them in some silly tier/power ranking list. I mean, if we use those standards we can add T-44s, standardpanzers and the bloody mouse in the equation and have a nice match of World of Tanks.
I would suggest taking a look at one of these to see just much the US tankers were initially outgunned and outmatched, and to further appreciate their bravery and ingenuity for facing their WW2 german counters.

this isn’t even supposed to be a tier list, but completely a “can defeat with ease, or struggles against it list”
there are more than enough real life accounts to back up what I claim.
AKA a tier list. Gotcha.
no again, a tier list would tell you something completely different
because the difference between A tier and B tier is usually minor, however my points here are talking about effective use
if I would have to put those tanks firepower into a Tier list it would look completely different
just to give you an example how a tier list would look different:
Panther = S
Tiger = B
T34 85 = D
Panzer IV H = F
sadly tho, the game does it like:
T34 85 = S
Tiger = S
Panther = C
Panzer IV J = F—
