At least in the recommended mods, even if you give us 50% exp is acceptable

I disagree. Most recommended missions are horribly balanced, usually favouring 1 team.
Instead, user missions should be put into rotation alongside dev-made maps

…but they won’t. And unfortunetly, most players don’t even care. I played a custom mission yesterday where one team full of real players were spawn camped by the other team, getting instantly killed after spawning. And they didn’t leave. They literally enjoyed getting killed immediately. Sad.
