Give us an option to turn off the GUI

I want to record some realistic-looking gameplay but with no option to turn off the GUI I’m out of luck.

Control + Shift + G turns off the GUI!

I’m on PS5. Is it possible to turn off the GUI on PS5, too? I could’t find an option in the settings.
