Actually, I don’t like the Super Pershing its reload is way too slow and doesn’t meet my tactical needs. Since our Soviet allies want the IS-3, the U.S. also needs a new tankand the T26E5 isn’t as strong as the IS-3.

It has inferior penetration so people would be complaining about it not being able to kill KT. And only few crazy people are asking for IS-3.

I believe it’s a reasonable trade-off to sacrifice some penetration in exchange for partial protection and faster reload speed.
They could folder it up with first Pershing.
Why don’t about give T29?

he wants to spam HE, T29 has much slower reload it’s also pretty crap vs Super Pershing (also issue of reloading)

Friendly reminder: last time Soviets were crying that the IS-2 was not up to the task, devs gave us IS-2 1944 and Tiger II production model (know as H in game).
Anyone with a half a brain understands that adding even stronger Allied tanks will only result in Axis getting even stronger tanks as well.
But by all means keep pushing for IS-3 and T29 so Axis can get Maus, E-75 and Jagdtiger which will always be supperior to Allied tanks.

not necessarily, Panther II with a long 88 could be a more mobile but less armored alternative to Tiger II H - which also means if less players use Tiger II H then in return BR5 German tanks will be less armored and easier to destroy.
Pershing is already nice, and ONLY needs to play on hard mode VS Tiger II H… so more viable tank variants in BR5 will make such vehicles more fun to play.
That being said, I do believe more armor will be a mistake, so Jagdtiger, IS 3 and such would hurt the game,
Not with that garbage reverse gear that i think is still the same
those big side plates where the driver and the radio operator have their view port ONLY have 80mm of armor, if an enemy Elefant is facing you straight those are basically Panther like frontal armor plates - which isnt crazy strong for BR5, but if that Elefant is even slightly angling its armor… that armor quickly turns into Panzer IV like armor.
Elefant wont be OP, it will have less effective armor than Tiger II H
