Although I believe the Churchill VII’s BR is as low as 4, it is devastating for the Panzer IV. Simply giving it 10 rounds of APCR, like the Stalingrad 4G, would resolve this issue.
The Na-To’s APCR can also penetrate the Churchill VII, but the Chi-To does not have APCR.

Yes, that’s right, that’s right. That’s exactly what I think. Send PzGr 40 to Panzer IV. This shell is not a difficult thing to make. Just take a part from the main shell, anyway, it’s unlikely to reach the point where the shells run out. In fact. Churchill 7 was nothing more than an Allied KV-1 （ZiS-5）. Even the BR4’s KV was a bit worse in terms of armor. But as long as thePanzer IV was given certain APCR（PzGr 40 ）, these vehicles could clean off the dust on their bodies and rejoin the battle the BR III, at its most intense frontline, rejuvenated itself.
I checked the Panzer IV of shell on the wiki of WT. I found that PzGr 40 can achieve a range from 10m to 500m. It has a penetration depth of 182 to 159mm.
There is no particular reason why a lower BR tank has to be able to penetrate a higher BR one - for example will the Churchill 7 be able to penetrate the front of any German BR V tanks it might face?
Not a hope in hell - what would you propose be done about that??? I expect nothing at all… selective outrage at its best…

Definitely not. Panzer iv is a br3 tank, tanks on lower tiers do not need the ability to “counter” a higher tier tank.

This tank is not that terrifying. Panzer IV H is fully capable of destroying it. It’s not a floating behemoth. It just thinks that if this vehicle were to arrive at BrⅢ, it would be more interesting. This vehicle can specifically absorb firepower to support the front line. Let another tank attack the soft target. Just like Panzer III Ausf N Panzer IV F1and Panzer III M , Churchill’s tank gun’s penetration ability is insufficient to support against other Br4 tanks, just like the KV, facing the Tiger H is like a suicide. In fact, in WT, 4 would also encounter Churchill’s tank. Although the difference is 0.7, at least it’s not 1.0, and it can still be defended against.
However, nowadays, it is inevitable that there will be situations where lower-grade rooms are assigned to rooms of higher grade. 4.0 points for 4.7 points is still better than 4.7 points for 5.7 points.
Well, this would definitely be a BR4 tank. Why should the PZ IV be able to destroy it? Can the Sherman take on the Panther?

Why would Churchill VII be BR4 tho? 150mm of armor and the firefly gun if I am not mistaken.
Also the extra track armor suggests not enough armor, which it clearly already had if placed in BR4.
Edit- never mind MK7 has just the cromwell gun. Interesting, this seems again like some sort of Jumbo, good armor but bad gun.
No, this cannon is different. It’s a 75mm cannon with 100mm pen. In contrast, the Firefly uses a 76mm 17 pounder gun with i think 170mm pen. This cannon is trash in BR4, but the 150mm of armor prevents it from going to 3.

APCR is probably the worst round in Enlisted.

Excactly. Panthers and tigers were fine before so why should churchill be a problem?

It would be worst BR4 tank in the game. There are far better BR3 tanks than this Churchill.
And even in WT, it doesn’t have nowhere near comparable BRs to tanks that are BR4 in Enlisted.
True, it has the same WT BR as Firefly, it must be at BR5 in Enlisted !!!
IMO the Churchill VII was the worst churchill to add in the game. The NA 75 would have been perfect at BR3.

Nobody except for devs thinks this tank should be BR5. Literally just worse 76 Sherman. Terrible solid shots, no stab, no gun depression
Yet another tank that’s somewhere between BR3 and BR4.
But this one at least have mobility and penetration.
What’s Churchill going to do against Panther or Tigers, I really don’t know.

I know but they could easily port NA75 as it’s in WT too. Now we will end up with unplayable tank (again). Maybe in 2026 we would see it…
Sure, I would like this to be BR3 more than anyone else. But think about the average, non professional players in Germany and Japan who don’t know how to deal with a solid tank. It ruins their experience.
