There is already a mechanism in the game to replace vehicles when players enter a match higher than their BR.
However, for low level players, simply replacing vehicles is not enough, providing these players with a matching random squad can greatly improve the experience of these players and make the match more balanced.

What? If they get in high tier they have to assume that they bring br 3 weapon in full knowledge of what could happen)

Why? You are in full control of what you are taking into battle. Mistakes happen, that a high BR weapon accidently enters my BR II layout. But that’s about it.
With all the matches I am doing with players on the official discord, I can only say that some people still don’t get how this works.
